CAPTURE, GUARD AND SALE Of ANIMALS, FISH AND FURS
Interdictions.
A person or that who lends strong hand to him cannot kill or capture
an animal which attacks it or which causes damage with its goods or with those of which it has the
guard or is in charge
of maintenance when it can startle this animal or to prevent it from causing damage.

How to get rid of a:
GROUND HOG
The ground hog eats flowers, vegetables and fruits. If the animal eats in your garden, you could buy
in a hardware store a repellant that chases wild animals. One of the recommanded products is called
FICHE LE CAMP : a 100% natural product that can be sprinkled all around your garden.
It's very important to know where the animal's burrow is; in fact, as long as the burrow exists,
even if the animal is gone, the source of the problem remains. Animals will use it year after year.
Generally, you will find the burrow under the balcony or under the shed.
BLOCKING THE HOLE DEFINITLY
During daytime: a) dig a ten inches trench in the ground all around the shed or the balcony,
wherever the burrow is, b) place a rat fence in the trench on three sides, c) fasten the fence to
the shed or the balcony. After 1 pm, you spread flour on the ground in front of the unfenced side
because the ground hog will usually leave its burrow during the afternoon. When you see exit tracks
(outward going tracks) in the flour, the animal is out to feed. You then install the fourth side of
fencing, fastening it to the balcony or to the shed and voilà!
The animal will come back again for two or three days because it comes home to its burrow every
morning. When it finally realises that it can't enter its burrow anymore, it will relocate.
Maybe to your neighbour's place, you'll say ? If it occurs, your neibourg should resort to the
same method to get rid of the animal and give it a chance to relocate in its natural habitat.

How to get rid of a:
SKUNK
FOLLOW THE SAME INSTRUCTIONS AS ABOVE FOR THE GROUND HOG. HOWEVER, REMEMBER THAT SKUNKS ARE NOCTURNAL
AND WILL USUALLY COME BACK AROUND 8 P.M. THEREFORE, FOR THE FOURTH PART OF THE
FENCE, DO IT AROUND 6 P.M.
NEVER FORGET THAT AN ANIMAL
CAPTURED MIGHT BE PUT TO SLEEP FOREVER...

Trick to get rid of the odor of SKUNK.
It is necessary to wash the animal with
1 liter of peroxide,
1/4 of bicarbonate of soda cup (small cow)
and a delicate soap for animal.
It is fantastic the odor is eliminated.
Of course it is necessary to rinse the animal abundantly and not to put this potion in its eyes.
Afterwards, a simple washing and the turn are played.

CAPTURED MIGHT BE PUT TO SLEEP FOREVER...
How to get rid of a:
SQUIRREL
The squirrel eats flowers, vegetables and fruits.
If the animal eats in your garden, you could buy a repellent from a hardware store as mentioned above for the Ground Hog
and the Skunk.
If the animal eats the fruits of your trees,
or if it damages your trees, you can install some vinyl strapping (Frost fence strapping) to stop them from being able to climb in the tree. If they try, they will slip.
If
the squirrel can climb by passing by another tree in the air, , you can
install a net over the tree fixing it by four (4) small poles in the
ground.
Never
forget that if you capture a squirrel, you will have to relocate it in
the next hour because it is so nervous, it could wound itself so badly
that it will have to be put to sleep instead of being relocated.
How to get rid of a:
RACOON
The racoon is an animal which generally nourishes itself from waste.
Since it has a very developed sense of smell, it smells the food from very far.
Thus even if the animal does not find food, it will remain in the surroundings
since it supposes that he can find food. The only way of getting rid of the
animal is to minimize the odor. How do you get rid of the odor? Initially it is
necessary to wash your plastic dustbin with bleach. Then each time you put a
plastic bag outside, you can put two to three moth balls in the bag to counter
the odor of food. If the animal does not smell any odor, it will suppose that
there is nothing in the sector to nourish itself, therefore it will start
looking for greener pastures.
